传统PCB连片在分板的过程中，均用人工手动折板，虽然时效性较快，但往往因人工手折的力道不均及折板角度位置的差异，造成PCB电气回路及零件、锡道的破坏，有鉴于此，公司研发出V-CUT自动切割PCB机器，提高生产质量、效率。

工作方式：

1.以走刀式行进分割，可彻底减少应力，防止焊点龟裂及零件断裂。

2.采用上圆刀下平刀方式，PCB板至于下平刀上，开关一踩，上圆刀直线横移至所设定的定点，即将PCB板切断分割，切断不脱丝,切口平整。

3.切板速度可设定高低两种。
