什么是CAPAR？
CAPAR是Corrective Action Plan Acknowledgement Report的缩写，是改善计划确认报告。
CAPAR的目的？
对工厂的审核日期进行存档
归纳工厂的违规情况
就违规情况和工厂沟通，允许工厂提出不同的意见并让工厂了解违规为了改善违规，和工厂讨论纠正事宜
证明审核员审核结论
CAPAR流程
要求工厂在CAPAR上签名（如果工厂不认同CAPAR所发现的违规或拒绝签名，审核员在报告上备注）留一份副本予工厂
工厂无违规情况时，审核员也留给工厂一份报告副本，但不能有“可接受”的字眼；在违规现写上N/A或留着空白
严重违规举例:
严重:1.三个或以上的童工2.非自愿劳工3.体罚4.高度关历史性童工5.怀孕测试6.克扣工资7.虚假资料
