Job description:

Establish and improve EHS management system, ensure meet relevant legal requirements.

Organize periodic inspections of company facilities, equipment and operations to detect existing potential risk, health or environmental hazards and recommends corrective measures where applicable.

Make sure that the operations related to occupational health, chemical, special work, special equipment, hazardous waste should be in effective control in plant and in compliance with relevant requirement.

Environment factors management and conduct periodic monitoring (Water, exhaust gas, noise etc.)

Build up and maintain occupational health management, contact local occupational disease hospital and organize physical examination.

Supervise and standardize safety procedures such as work permit, lock out/tag out, hot work, work at height, access to confined space, PPE management etc.

Prepare for EHS audit or inspections made by local government.

Conduct incidents report and investigation such as near miss, first aid, loss workday case, medical treatment case and follow up.

Responsible for company crisis management and emergency plan, organize the emergency drill regularly.

EHS training for employees and contractors.

Monthly EHS report for management team, tracking status of finding issues.

Keep good relationship with local authorities such as UDA, environment protection bureau, safety supervision bureau, fire bureau etc.

Other task assigned by manager.

Requirement:

Bachelor degree majored in safety engineering, environment engineering or related.

5-10 years’ EHS experience in manufactured company, experience for onsite management and training is must.

Be familiar with national EHS standard, laws and regulations.

Good communication, execution and learning skill.

Good skills on MS office (excel, PPT).

Good English knowledge (written and spoken).

With national registered safety engineer certificate is preferred.
