1. Responsible for purchasing indirect materials and service for different dept. timely.

2. Sourcing new suppliers and make analyses.

3. Check with applicant to learn the technical specification in detail.

4. Coordination on technical clarification between applicant and suppliers, to ensure match with applicant’s request.

5. Responsible for negotiation with supplier to sign contract, including price, payment terms, etc.

6. Ensure each purchase order placed via SAP with correct data.

7. Follow up the order and delivery to goods receipt.

8. Responsible on the invoice receipt in SAP and payment to supplier

9. Responsible on the quality issue after goods receipt.

10. Prepare report on the yearly purchase

11. Optimize the purchase procedure on indirect and consumable materials.

Qualification

1. Knowledge of purchase process, logistic and finance.

2. At least 2 years’ experience on indirect material purchase in manufacture company.

3. Ability on communication and negotiation.

4. Ability on cost analyses and supplier researching.

5. Language skill on English, both oral and write.

6. Experience on ERP/SAP.

7. Ability to work independently, with good-communication and expression and a strong sense of responsibility.

8. Skilled use of office software, especially on Excel.

9. Knowledge on OHSAS18000/ISO14000.

10. Teamwork, be good work with others.
